The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the highest decision making organ on all matters of LEAD Foundation. The AGM is comprised of founder members, ordinary members, honorary members and Office Bearers. One of the main responsibilities of the AGM is to set overall objectives, aspirations, policies and goals of LEAD Foundation. Members exercise their authority through the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or extraordinary meetings.
The Board of Directors is the second organ of LEAD Foundation and one of its main responsibilities is to engage in the process of visioning, policy-making and strategizing.
The Office Bearers of LEAD Foundation are the Annual General Meeting Chairperson, the Board of Directors Chairperson, the Executive Secretary and the Treasurer.
The third and last organ of LEAD Foundation is the Management Team under the leadership of the Executive Secretary.







































Our flagship method, Kisiki Hai, has grown so well-known across Tanzania that in many villages people know us by that name before they know the name LEAD Foundation. We are very proud with that, It means the method has outgrown us and become the community’s own!
