Farmers in six villages of Mpwapwa and Kongwa districts are set to benefit from a new beekeeping project launched by LEAD Foundation.

The timely initiative, christened ‘Kiboriani Reforestation and Beekeeping Project’ is an incentive to encourage the farmers to beef up the war against environmental degradation in their areas. LEAD Fondation in collaboration with the office of the Parliament of Tanzania, World Agroforestry Centre/ICRAF and World Vision organized a national workshop for Members of Parliament and senior executives, from 18th – 19th June, 2016 in Dodoma, on regreening Tanzania.
