Our team is deeply committed to upholding and promoting the Core Values of our Organization. Commitment to these Core Values is central to LEAD Foundation’s brand, and sustains a strong culture of passion for offering the best service for God and people. Here are our Six Core Values:

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the highest decision making organ on all matters of LEAD Foundation. The AGM is comprised of founder members, ordinary members, honorary members and Office Bearers. One of the main responsibilities of the AGM is to set overall objectives, aspirations, policies and goals of LEAD Foundation. Members exercise their authority through the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or extraordinary meetings.
The Board of Directors is the second organ of LEAD Foundation and one of its main responsibilities is to engage in the process of visioning, policy-making and strategizing.
The Office Bearers of LEAD Foundation are the Annual General Meeting Chairperson, the Board of Directors Chairperson, the Executive Secretary and the Treasurer.
The third and last organ of LEAD Foundation is the Management Team under the leadership of the Executive Secretary.

Our Board of Directors comprises of very experienced members with different backgrounds and professions.
